Please arrive at the airport 1½ hours prior to your flight’s scheduled departure. Delta Airline ticket counters close 30 minutes prior to departure times and American closes 45 minutes prior to departure times.

Passengers arriving 30-45 minutes or less prior to departure times listed on their tickets may be denied boarding by the airlines and TSA. Flight times are subject to change.

The flight time listed on your airline ticket or boarding pass will provide the most up to date information. While our staff strives to provide every customer with outstanding service, we have no purview over issues such as flight delays and cancellations.

Only the air carrier is able to provide refunds, re-bookings or other travel related monetary assistance.
