Senior HR Generalist
Serves as the Airport’s primary day-to-day human resources professional and administers core human resources functions including employee relations, benefits, recruitment, employment-law compliance, personnel policies, compensation administration, leave programs, personnel records, investigations, performance management, and employee separation. The position reports to the Senior Director, who retains primary leadership responsibility for organizational culture, employee engagement, leadership development, workforce development, and organizational training strategy.

Marketing Manager
Under the direction of the Senior Director, leads the development and execution of the Airport’s marketing, communications, branding, public relations, and community engagement initiatives. The Marketing Manager develops integrated campaigns that support passenger growth, air service development, commercial activity, customer experience, and the Airport’s overall strategic goals. The position manages the Airport’s public-facing brand and communications channels, coordinates media and stakeholder outreach, supports airline and route marketing, and uses performance data to evaluate campaign effectiveness and strengthen the Airport’s market position.

Executive Director
The Executive Director will provide leadership for
the Airport’s operations, administration, financial
performance, development, and long-term strategic
direction. Reporting to the Columbus Airport
Commission, the Director ensures CSG operates
safely, efficiently, and responsibly while continuing to
provide high-quality commercial and general aviation
services to Columbus, Georgia. This executive will
guide the Airport’s continued growth by advancing
aviation and non-aviation activity, strengthening revenue
opportunities, maintaining regulatory compliance,
and aligning airport development with the needs and
interests of the community.
The Executive Director balances day-to-day executive
oversight with long-range planning, business
development, capital investment, and stakeholder
engagement. The Director works closely with the
Airport Commission, staff, tenants, airlines, government
agencies, community leaders, and industry partners to
advance airport priorities and identify opportunities for
growth. The role oversees financial planning, airport
facilities and capital programs, tenant and contractual
relationships, regulatory compliance, and initiatives to
attract passengers, air service, general aviation activity,
and new business. The Director also represents CSG
in community, governmental, and industry forums while
positioning the Airport as an important economic and
transportation asset.

Chief Financial Officer
The Columbus Airport Commission is expanding its executive leadership team and invites applications for the position of Chief Financial Officer.
Reporting directly to the Airport Director and CEO, this executive-level position will oversee all airport financial activities. The successful candidate will ensure the long-term financial sustainability while directing strategic initiatives for infrastructure improvements and other revenue diversification.
Key Focus Areas:
Capital & Infrastructure: Leading funding strategies, bond issuance, and managing compliance with the FAA or other state/federal grant sources
Financial Operations: Oversee accounting, treasury, and payroll in accordance with GAAP and government standards
Stakeholder Relations: Regular presentations to the Columbus Airport Commission, Columbus City Council, and community partners
What We’re Looking For:
10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business (MBA, CPA, or CFA strongly preferred)
Strong leadership skills to mentor our internal finance team
Salary: Starting from $150,000 (exempt). Final salary commensurate on experience, training, and education.
