Delois Dee Marsh, a distinguished Businesswoman and dedicated Community Servant, hails from Birmingham, AL. In 2013, she earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in English from Tuskegee University and was commissioned as a Second Lieutenant in the U.S. Army. Delois proudly served for 17 years and is now a Retired Captain of the Military Intelligence Corps.

Transitioning to civilian life after fulfilling her Active-Duty military obligations, in 2017, Delois embarked on a new journey in the Real Estate industry. Her commitment to continuous learning led her to earn a Master’s in Business Administration from The University of Phoenix in 2018. Over her 7-year Real Estate career, she has achieved the title of Broker and now serves as the visionary owner of Radiant Real Estate Services.

Beyond her professional achievements, Delois is deeply dedicated to community service. She served as the Immediate Past President for the Board of Directors for The Liberty Theatre and Cultural Center in Columbus, GA. In January 2023, she made history as the First African American Woman to serve on the Columbus Airport Commission.

Driven by a passion for education, Delois is currently pursuing her Doctoral degree at The University of Phoenix. She is also a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated. Delois is happily married to Dr. Rocky Marsh, Ed.D. of Mobile, AL, and the couple reside in Columbus, GA, contributing to the vibrancy and growth of their community.

Kevin Howard is special advisor to Pinnacle Financial Partners President and CEO Kevin Blair. In this role, he’s responsible for providing strategic counsel and focused guidance on high-priority initiatives to support the CEO’s organizational direction. 

Prior to his current tole, Howard led the Synovus wholesale banking team, which included multiple business lines, such as middle market banking, commercial real estate lending, structured lending, premium insurance financing, government banking, senior housing and capital markets. 

In 1993 he began his career at Synovus as vice president for Columbus Bank and Trust, which was acquired by Synovus Financial. He was promoted to senior vice president of commercial, correspondent and affiliate lending in 2000. In 2005, Howard was named senior vice president of credit, leading the expansion of several new commercial businesses and developing the bank’s commercial and industrial lending strategy. His career trajectory at Synovus has encompassed advancing roles as chief credit officer from 2008-2019, before being appointed to his current role. 

Howard serves on the board of directors for the Metro Columbus YMCA, as well as the Columbus Airport Commission and is actively engaged with other community organizations. He earned a Bachelor of Science in finance from the University of Alabama and graduated from the Commercial Lending Graduate School at the University of Oklahoma. 

Austin Gower is an experienced attorney with a strong background in civil litigation, representing clients in complex legal matters involving business and consumer disputes, including deceptive trade practices, motor vehicle injuries, wrongful death, and insurance company bad faith claims.

Mr. Gower earned his Juris Doctor from the Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University in Macon, Georgia, in 1999. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Auburn University, awarded in 1996. His engineering background provides a strong analytical foundation that informs his approach to legal problem-solving and case strategy.

He is admitted to practice in the State of Georgia, including the Georgia Court of Appeals and the Georgia Supreme Court, as well as the United States District Court for the Middle District of Georgia.

Mr. Gower is an active member of several professional organizations, including the State Bar of Georgia, the Columbus Bar Association, the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, and the Columbus Trial Lawyers’ Association.
