This 14,000 acre resort includes landscaped gardens & lakes.

Coca-Cola Space Science Center
Features the Omnisphere Theater, with laser light shows,
interactive media performances & programs featuring the night
time sky; a Challenger Learning Center for simulated space
missions; & the Mead Observatory.

Columbus Riverwalk
Featuring red brick & iron work, is a popular promenade along
the banks of the Chattahoochee River in Uptown Columbus. Several
markers are located on the walk as well as the Christopher Columbus
statue.
National Infantry Museum
Traces the evolution of the infantry from the 16th century to the
present. It contains military artefacts, weapons & equipment
used by U.S. Army infantrymen & an exhibit on the history of
Fort Benning.
Port Columbus National Museum of Civil War Naval
History
Features the hulls of two recovered Civil War ships, many
historical exhibits & reconstructions of portions of three
famous Civil War ships.
RiverCenter for the Performing
Arts
RiverCenter for the Performing Arts is the centerpiece of the
city's new arts and entertainment district. The 2,000-seat Bill
Heard Theatre is the center's main venue and home to the Columbus
Symphony Orchestra. The center's second largest performance space,
Legacy Hall, has 430 seats and a balcony that wraps entirely around
the stage. Known for its perfect acoustics and impressive Jordan
Concert Organ, the hall is a popular venue with many noted
musicians. Legacy Hall and the facility's 150-seat, black-box
Studio Theater also provide rehearsal and performance space for the
Columbus State University Schwob School of Music.
Springer Opera House

The 130-year-old Springer Opera House is the State Theatre of
Georgia & Columbus' premiere National Historical Landmark. This
theatre hosts Broadway musicals, comedies & dramas September
through May.
